We have a regular schedule of tumbling classes that are open to the public as well as our member athletes.

Classes are run by our experienced and qualified coaches and we offer different levels to cater for all athletes from absolute beginners to elite tumblers. They offer an excellent opportunity for affordable, additional training for Rec, School or All-Star cheerleaders as well as those from other sports/activities (e.g dance) who wish to improve their tumbling skills in a safe and supervised environment.

Prerequisites (must have these skills BEFORE enrolling in a tumbling class)

•Basic - None

•BHS 101 - Strong basics, forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, round off, and back walkover

•Adv BHS - Standing backhand spring, and round off backhand spring

•Beginning Tuck – Back walkover backhand spring, standing backhand spring series, round off backhand spring series, and specialty pass to                                backhand spring

•Tuck – Round off to back tuck, toe touch 2 backhand spring rebound, standing series backhand spring rebound, and front handspring forward roll

•Layout – Standing series to tuck, punch front, aerial, and specialty pass to back tuck

•Twisters - Standing series to layout, standing back tuck, and specialty pass to layout

•Elite - Standing two to full, and round off back handspring full
